We want to involve young people, in the 2012 Olympics. Our wristbands come in 7 different colours, one for each value. The idea is to collect all 7 different values through buying and swapping with your friends. We at Band-It have set up our business as a Social Enterprise, whereby we are committed to re-investing our profits into various good causes. Although we are a social enterprise, we run our business on a commercial basis. It is then, that our profits are shared with participating schools for investment in school sports and their local communities. We not only want to engage young people in the Olympics and Paralympics, but we want them to be involved with London 2012 by offering a chance to win tickets to the games and also promoting the seven values of the Olympics. |
